Brian has owned AlphaGraphics since 2002. He has over 15 years of marketing, advertising, sales, business development, corporate branding, and account management experience. Brian has grown AlphaGraphics West Valley into a multi-million dollar corporation that is nationally known and recognized.
Toukata has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, in addition to a bachelor’s in human services. She has worked as a relationship manager, financial sales representative, business development officer, and senior relationship specialist. She has worked for Zion’s Bank, Key Bank, Citi Bank, and now as a Branch Manager for U.S. Bank.
Ze Min Xiao
Ze is the Director for the Mayor’s Office for New Americans in Salt Lake County. Ze holds a master’s in community leadership from Westminster College, in addition to a political science degree from the University of Utah. She has over 15 years of experience in community and government agencies. Ze speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently.
Leslie is the Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at Zion’s Bank. Her skills include risk management, portfolio management, banking, loans, and credit analysis. She has a degree in business finance from Westminster College. Leslie speaks Cambodian and Chinese fluently.
Robert is a Senior Vice President and the Community Development Director for Zion’s Bank, where he has been for 20 years. Robert is widely-known and respected around the valley for his commitment to philanthropy and professionalism. His main strengths include strategic planning, public speaking and fundraising. The Chamber is very pleased to have Robert on the board as a long-tenured member.
Rick is a long-time member of the Chamber and former president. Rick has been with State Farm since 2000, possessing experience as an owner and as field leadership for Summit, Salt Lake, Wasatch and Utah Counties. He has a degree from Westminster College in business administration and management. He is a member of the Chamber because he enjoys cultivating and advancing meaningful relationships.
Cheyenne is a business analyst. Previously, she worked as an audit staff accountant. She has an accounting degree from Arizona State University. Cheyenne is a well-known finance professional and a long-time member of the Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce. Cheyenne speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
Eunice is the chairwoman for the Utah Asian Charitable Foundation. She also serves on the board of the Utah Asian Association. She has a degree in commerce, marketing, and advertising from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Eunice is fluent in Tagalog and has received countless accolades for her tireless community work.
Shilpi is the Vice President of First Utah Bank. She has been first First Utah for over ten years, her previous experience includes Chase and Discover. Shilpi has four post-secondary degrees, including a law degree from the University of Washington and a master’s in English Literature from Delhi University. She speaks Bengali, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Jeremy is the SMB Acquisitions Manager at Google Fiber. His previous experience includes Adobe and OrangeSoda tech company. Jeremy has a degree in business management from Utah Valley University and a marketing and advertising degree from Brigham Young University.
Ken has been the President of HK Consulting for nearly 15 years. He also has experience consulting for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Intermountain Healthcare. Ken received his MBA from Westminster College in 2006. He also has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Computer Science. He speaks fluent Burmese and has been with the chamber for one year.
Executive Director and Past Chair
Yvonne was last year’s UACC President. She has 30 years of professional experience as a marketing representative, regional director, and as a director of sales. Currently, she’s an owner of the National Realty Network, where she has received multiple awards and accolades. Yvonne is fluent in Vietnamese.
Chandler has a master’s degree in international affairs and global enterprise from the University of Utah. He’s experienced in the non-profit and communications sectors. He can speak seven languages and currently works as the Development Manager at Comunidades Unidas in West Valley. He can speak some Arabic and Farsi.
Juancarlos is passionate about community growth through small
business, organizational collaborations, and mentoring. He has nearly 20
years of experience in sales, project management, sales management,
and marketing. He is the CEO at SORO Consulting. He’s also a member
of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, formerly as the board chair.
Maria joins us from Zions Wealth Advisors and brings over 15 years of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Weber State University. Maria currently serves as a community advisory board member for the Northern Utah Catholic Community Services. She is the past president and current advisory board member of the Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce and was appointed to a two-year term with the Utah Multi-Cultural Commission, by the Office of the Governor.
Jeffrey Nishijima also has experience helping clients manage concentrated stock positions or deal with the challenges of important transition events like retirement, inheritance or the sale of a business, as well as providing access to U.S. Trust for clients’ trust and estate planning services needs and Bank of America for clients’ commercial banking and financing needs. In addition, he can work with clients’ attorneys, accountants and other advisors to help coordinate their financial and legacy strategies.
